What’s new with the Toyota RAV4

Toyota has by far been one of the best contenders in the SUV field. Where competitors like Honda and Chevy kept upgrading and re-hauling their models, Toyota stuck with its ‘old is gold’ policy. Now, it has completely redefined its marketing strategy with the all new version of Toyota RAV4.

Robert Scherzer NYC is here to let you know all the features and upgrades which the RAV4 has in store for you.

Toyota had not touched, upgraded, and redesigned the RAV4 since 2013. And now when it has you shall not be able to recognize it.  They have maintained the integrity of a SUV while giving you more power and economy. A spokesperson from Toyota mentioned that the Company did not want to fall in the category of providing ‘stilts on wheels’ in the name of a SUV.

In essence, there are all the SUV features which you would hope for in the all new Toyota RAV4. The team at Robert Scherzer USA was doubly surprised by the different settings for snow, mud and other challenging terrain. Usually such features are available in only high end models. They have gone a step further by making the ‘Adventure’ trim optional for people seeking more fun. However, we at Robert Scherzer NY mostly found it to be cosmetic and not of much use.

The looks of RAV4 have been completely redesigned with the body made to be more bullish yet sleek. Under the hood you would find a powerful 2.5 L 4 cylinder engine which is adept at fuel economy. The RAV4 is balanced on many such points. The luxurious limited model comes with all new ventilated seats which will make your heart swoon with delight. There is a panoramic moon roof and heated rear seats as well.

Toyota as a manufacturing concern has been giving us cars with well thought out features and comforts. Even now with RAV4 we at Robert Scherzer USA feel that they are pushing features which have not even been thought of by competitors yet.

One of the chief upgrades which RAV4 has received is the inclusion of Apple Car Play. For years this majestic SUV was lacking on a good infotainment which is now taken care of. Android compatible system is yet to be introduced and there is no word by the company as to when or if.

If you are seemingly interested in the RAV4 then we at Robert Scherzer NYC will advise you to wait a while. The Gas model will be available later this year. However, there is a Hybrid model as well which would be out on the streets in winter 2019. All in all Robert Scherzerteam recommends this SUV for people on a tight budget who want the features which are usually found in high end vehicles.
